Burro aburrido

Today’s walking was very, very, flat, straight, and aside from the rather cool temps (50F!) when starting out this morning, not particularly exciting. I did pass my halfway point though! 395km. It is hard to believe I have already walked 400km (almost 250 miles) so far. I think my pooch belly that I was self conscious of hanging over my backpack belt strap is smaller, but it isn’t for lack of eating I can tell you that for certain! For dinner last night I probably ate twice what I normally would! I am grateful for adjustable drawstring waist pants.

400km left until Santiago!

Oooooh I NEED the Camino, if only to lose the pooch! The fact that I can eat abundant Spanish cuisine simultaneously is reason enough for the walk! As I true Ritchie, “I could eat!” Good on you! Downhill (less than half, not necessarily topography) from here!
